Is chicken francaise italian or french?
It sounds french to me but I see it in italian restaurants all the time. So I don’t know which region that food came from.
French. I also see dishes in ethnic restaurants that aren’t of that country, like rib eye steak & bearnaise sauce in a Greek restaurant
