Is the best way to buy anything to play board.
Approval for my birthday. (April) i asked my parents to buy me playing board and they agreed. But I want to do some research because I know they are expensive. So you can make me want to. guidlines or site or what board to buy or not thanks:).

It is well known that staying active helps keep you looking and feeling young. Not a lot of activities towards the end was surfing mind, body and spirit. According to the surfers experience the special relationship that the user has with their surfboard and the open ocean is almost impossible to explain.
Fresh Air
Fresh air is a good body! Surfers around the world have a lot of cool, refreshing fresh air and sunshine. No matter if you surf on a remote site or something closer to the city, the sea air smells fresh and clean. Out on the wave wave, there is virtually no smog. People who surf are generally thin and muscular tonic in their 60s and even 70. Surfing is a sport without impact which means that it is very easy on your knees and other joints. After all, you do not jog or jump on your surfboard!

Surfers love the sun for a variety of reasons. More their tan surfers great way to keep the light of youth, the sun provides vitamins to maintain healthy skin and nails. Bone health, skin, hair and nails help to look younger.
Other Benefits
Besides the already mentioned advantages of surfing, surfers eager to understand they have to eat right and exercise. Many surfers enjoy going to the gym and practice some form of yoga. Yoga keeps the muscles surf toned and flexible and their minds alert. Many people who practice yoga tense as a vehicle for peace and serenity in their mental wellbeing.
If you want to stay young and feel young, but do not currently know how to surf and I would learn, there is a wide variety of camps surfing available. Surf Camps for Women meet the needs of women. As they are only available for women, women of all shapes, sizes and ages can enjoy being themselves and learn to surf. You will also develop friendships and enjoy the fellowship of like-minded people around the world.
While some camps offer surf camps women only surf, there are camps that offer co-ed surf camps too. They are a great way to learn to surf or learn new skills or hobby while relaxing in the sun. Imagine returning to a normal life, not only totally relaxed with a tan very well, but also with pictures of you hanging ten surfing as a pro and above all feeling and looking young.
Some say that surfing lets you stay young at heart. Experienced surfers know surfing also helps to keep physically fit, looking and feeling much younger than their date of birth says.
